We are very much in favor of this proposal. We are minor players in the stock 
market, with holdings under 400,000 dollar value, and might never participate in 
promoting a candidate.  However, we feel our interests as shareholders will be 
better protected and enhanced by allowing this proposal to be enacted.  Thank
