Dear Secretary,

I am in favor of having a much simpler form of a prospectus. The legalese
is just too much for the ordinary man or woman to understand.  If plain 
English were used I think the ordinary person would have a much better grasp 
of their reading. If they want a regular prospectus, all they would have to 
do is ask for one.
