Dear Arthur Levitt:
     
The subject is a matter that has received enough consideration and it is time 
to act. 
     
No one in their right mind reads a full prospectus. No one with the money to 
invest has the time. Let's get about the business of saving paper and mailing 
costs and printing costs and then, who knows, perhaps these savings could be 
passed on to the shareholders. Wow. New concept.
     
Please advise me WHEN you plan to have Profile Prospectuses in the hands of 
America's investors.
