Subject: Concerning "Profile Prospectus"

I am an Investor & a Shareholder in several Mutual Funds.  I respectively 
request that you DO NOT approve the so called Profile Prospectus.  I am all 
FOR improving the language in the Prospectus ,so that an ordinary person 
can read and understand this document, but I don't understand why anyone, 
in a regulatory capacity,would approve not making this legal document 
available BEFORE I make an investment in the fund.
Thank you for hearing the ramblings of an old man.
