Subject: Mutual funds

I have been investing in mutual funds for 15 years, and I am strongly opposed 
to the "profile" prospectus proposal.  Buying a mutual fund is a serious 
financial contract, and the consumer deserves to know just what the product 
consists of.
     
I am also opposed to the proposal to allow funds to list only their top 
holdings, instead of a complete list, in their reports.  I want to know 
exactly what my funds own.  I buy funds for easy diversification, but do 
not wish to abdicate my responsiblities to know what I am investing in.
