Dear Sir:
     
        I have recently read a number of articles regarding the SEC's
proposal to authorize profiles that explain every mutual fund in 
brief, simple terms.  I am writing to endorse that proposal.  It is 
my sincere hope and desire that these profiles will be made available 
at no charge to potential investors and that they could be available 
via the Internet.
     
        Anything that that the SEC can do to make it easier and more
convenient to invest in mutual funds, especially no-load mutual 
funds, has my support.  This proposal should make it easier for me to 
keep up with the market.
