Subject: Revisions of Prospectus Date: 4/30/97 8:21 AM To Whom It May Concern: I strongly favor a simplified version of the current mutual fund prospectus. However, I would urge that each such prospectus include what might be considered a technical appendix. This appendix would include all the usual numbers that the more advanced investor might want, e.g., beta, R2, std dev, Sharpe ratio. I find the two-page row (line) of information in the Morningstar 500 publication very useful. I would very much like to see quantitative information of that sort as part of a shorter, simplier prospectus. If such a document is forthcoming, I would hope that it would not be necessary for investors such as me to send for the full, complete prospectus in order to gain access to the customary statistics. Thank you for considering my views. David R. Morgan 2711 Poplar Norman, OK 73019
