Dear Chairman Levitt,
     
I am writing in support of implementing the profile prospectus proposal as 
soon as possible.  As a current and continuing investor I have read the 
reviews and seen the samples in various investing magazines.  I find the new 
profile prospectus much easier to read and understand than the full 
prospectus I receive now.  I will always have the option of receiving the 
full prospectus and more, from the fund companies in which I wish to invest. 
The profile prospectus makes the comparison, evaluation and selection 
process much easier when reviewing several funds.
     
Please do what you can to get the profile prospectus proposal released so 
the goals, strategy and risks of the funds we invest in will be clearer to 
everyone.
