Ladies and Gentleman:
     
        I have read a number of articles about the SEC's proposal to
authorize profukes that explain every mutual fund in brief, simple 
terms.  I am writing to endorse that proposal.
     
        Anything that makes it easier and more convenient to invest in
mutual funds, especially no-load mutual funds, is better than trying to 
keep up with the market on your own!
