Thank you for considering a "profile" revision of the current 
requirements for prospecutuses.  
     
Although I have a masters degree and am far from stupid, I not only 
can't understand most of the information contained in a typical 
prospectus, but I can't find the information I'm seeking.
     
I am in favor of the proposed alternative and would encourage the SEC to 
adopt this new regulation.
