           In reference to file #S7-18-96. I urge you to please pass the
proposel to make the mutual fund prospectuses  reader friendly.  Being a 
small investor, it is hard for me to figure-out all the Greek writing
in the prospectus.  I would  just like to read the important facts which 
will help me make a sound investment choice. I would  like not to worry 
about terms I do not understand. Please help me and the rest of the 
country by making the prospectus easy to read!!!
