As an investor in mutual funds let me urge you to adopt the profile 
proposal under consideration in File #S7-18-96.  To streamline 
prospectuses, enforce "truth in naming", encourage "plain English" 
writing rather than legalese, and require funds to quantify risks is a 
no-brainer decision ... do it.  This is a win-win situation for the 
public.  I sincerely believe anyone who would oppose it must have 
something to hide.
