This e-mail is to let you know as a small investor in Mutual Funds that I 
approve of the use of new rules, profiles and streamlined prospectuses. We 
need all the information we can get in a simplified manner in order to invest 
intelligently in Mutual Funds. As it stands now the prospectuses contain 
nothing but legal verbage and hard to comprehend English (English?).
