This is a change that is long overdue.  Too many people fall for the slick 
advertising of mutual funds.  Many simply do not realize what the tax 
consequences can be for the fund touting high returns.  As several people have 
already mentioned, a few funds are currently publishing tax efficiency rates. 
They are to be commended.  To me, that shows a high degree of ethics and they 
would be more apt to get my business.  Let's get all the funds in line with this
needed information.
