I firmly believe that the long term well being of the American economy is at risk unless we get some real change in corporate governance and restore confidence in our financial markets. Currently most Board of Directors represent the CEO instead of the shareholders. This has allowed the corporate officers to plunder a company's wealth for personal gain. It must be the SEC's mission to change the rules so that shareholders (without 3%, 5% or 10% requirement), can elect a slate of directors that will be independent and represent shareholders instead of the CEO. Failure to deal with this will matter endangers the economic system of our country. We must halt the plunder. Good Luck Michael Kusnir
