Dear Sir,

I urge you to rescind rule 14a-(8)(1)(8) and further urge your
support for the Petition for Rulemaking,  SEC File # 4-481.  The
damned crooks in the boardrooms are stealing companies from both
the stockholders and workers.  Maybe really free elections of
board members will put a stop to that.  It is certainly worth the
effort.
