Dear Mr. Katz,
 
I'm just an average working stiff who has about $60,000 in a 401K, 
and I support  the Petition for Rulemaking (SEC File No. 4-461) 
submitted by the Committee of Concerned Shareholders and James McRitchie.

I'm tired of the conflicts of interests between management and their 
boards, and how easy it is for the management teams to get appointed 
who they want.  It's time to stop expecting management to do the right 
thing on their own.  It hasn't worked.
