Subject: S7-10-03 Board of Directors policy change

I have a pension fund and own mutual fund shares. I therefore care about how 
companies in the United States are managed.                                     
I am in strong support of the SEC's review of the proxy rules and hope that they
 are amended to give shareholders a greater say in how directors are selected 
and in how companies are overseen.
