I am a stockholder of several publicly traded companies and am very 
upset about the corporate frauds and CEO excesses of recent years.  
Having survived the dot com disaster, the telecom industry melt down 
and now lately, the recent accounting scandals with major Fortune 500 
companies.     I am disturbed that there does not appear to be any 
recourse as a shareholder.  I would appreciate any improvements the 
SEC can make to the proxy rules that affect shareholders' ability to 
oversee companies in which we have an ownership interest.
