I also have non retirement funds invested in stocks and mutual funds. Having watched how my retirement has dropped by 1/3 in the past few years, I am very concerned about how the companies in which my funds are invested are managed. I understand that the SEC has the opportunity to review the proxy rules to see if they can be made better so that stockholders are better protected. I hope that the SEC will review them and amend them so that stockholders can have a larger voice in how directors are chosen and how companies are overseen. Sincerely yours, Story Landis
