I recently became aware of the SEC's interest in reviewing the rules
relative to proxy voting and current methods used in the election of
corporate officers.  As a stock owner and an investor in mutual funds I
think that this review is quite warranted and hope wholeheartedly that the
SEC will take up the cause.
