Do something for the shareholder instead of the Board of Directors by  
increasing the shareholders' ability to select their own representatives.  
The BOD have made shambles of corporations with regard to common stock share 
holders and rank and file employees pensions.  The BOD are more concerned 
with CEO/Executive Officers benefits than with shareholders.
