Dear Commisioners,

Thank you for the new rule requiring sharegolder approval for executive
stock options. While this is an important first step towards curbing the
obscenly unfair compensation many executives receive compared to their
employees, it is not enough. Please take the next step and require
shareholder approval for TOTAL executive pay packages.
