As an individual shareholder, I encourage you to review the proxy rules 
and regulations. I consider this an extremely important issue . Deciding 
who gets to pick who serves on corporate boards, which is at the center 
of the current SEC review, is one of the most important decisions our 
government can make and one of the decision most influencing whether the 
string of corporate frauds will continue.
