As someone who has retirement funds and other investments in the stock market, I am dismayed at the recent corporate governance scandals and I am painfully aware of how hard it is for stockholders to get their voices heard or to have real influence on the election, compensation, hiring or firing of board members or corporate executives. Please review the whole thing thoroughly -- everyone I know who has any consciousness at all of corporate governance feels very strongly about it. With thanks, Jim Basker ______________________________________________________________________ James G.
