To the Chairman of the SEC

If shareholders can not pick their representatives, and if CEOs do, no 
one should be surprised if boards fail to protect shareholders, and 
instead protect the executives.

I am sick and tired of golden parachutes, and horribly excessive executive 
compensation, raiding pension trusts.

If you don't know what I mean, then YOU are the problem.
And we have millions of votes in November that will convince you who the 
boss is.
