Subject: VERY IMPORTANT!

As a working American with a few shares of stock and much
of my pension relying on how well the stock market does,
I am furious that companies like Enron and WorldCom have
destroyed the retirements of so many people like myself.
Hopefully, the SEC can do something to help safeguard
our retirement and make corporations more accountable
 to their stockholders. Thank you.
