I strongly urge you to allow shareholder's this abitlity, as I feel that corporate greed and malfeasance is often the result of a flaw in the structure of its governing body. Should CEO's be allowed to hand pick who oversees their work and sits on executive boards, corporate scandel with continue to plauge investor confidence, causing the stockmarket to decrease and resulting in the loss of more jobs. Please allow shareholder's the ability to ellect represenatives for executive boards. Thank you, Daniel Link- concerned citizen _________________________________________________________________ Help STOP SPAM with the new MSN 8 and get 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail
