Dear SEC,

Individuals and groupings of individuals such employee IRA plans have little 
or no say in how Directors are chosen and on how shareholder proposals are 
manipulated by the self-perpetuating Boards.  Under such a system it all to 
easy for the in crowd to have their own way and ignore basic one-man-one-vote 
principles upon which the corporate structure is supposedly based.  Do something 
about the manipulation of rules that allow the minority to run corporations with 
minimal accountability to shareholders.
