As an individual who has retirement investments in mutual funds through my 
SEP IRA, I am pleased that the SEC is reviewing the rules regarding selection 
of corporate directors. Like many, I have watched my retirement savings plummet 
over the past couple of years, much of it due to corporate fraud.
