Dear Mr. Levitt:
     
I wanted to voice my opinion that the conversion of the NASDAQ to 
decimals should occur on the original date mandated; July 3, 2000.
     
It is irresponsible of you to allow the NASDAQ to continue to allow 
these large spreads which benefit primarily the large investment firms 
and traders.  We are the only country in the world that continues to use 
the archaic system of fractions.
     
It is time to turn the NASDAQ into a leader and not a follower.
