SEC to Establish Advisory Committee on Market Information
     
Dear Chairman Arthur Levitt ,
     
I am 100% for public availability of market information in the equities and 
options markets.  I'm am tired of watching my stocks slide/dive just to find out
a Goldman or other huge market maker or banker/analyst knew something I didn't 
and they got out, or even shorted the stock, before I could.  Please level the 
trading field for us little people.  :)
