Subject: OTC Market Makers flagrant disregard of  investors

Please accept this comment in regards to the current market making system for 
OTCBB stocks.  Market makers have repeatedly, day in and day out, damaged 
investors by their blind greed in setting prices.  I have often seen stocks in 
which the price was obviously manipulated and "walked down" to cover 
brokerages shorting a stock, at the same time orders were not being executed. 
 It is so frustrating to watch helplessly as they do this to good companies.  
This helps no one but the market makers and their inside friends.  They have 
truly damaged the fabic of the American market system and not only need to be 
regulated strictly, but also monitored carefully.
