Dear Sir:
     
        With reference to the Q35 statement: "Should we consider extending
short sale regulation to cover non exchange listed securities?"
     
        Absolutely!  I have been in OTC:BB stocks for only a year and a half. 
It was obvious to me that they were different than anything on the three 
big boards.  I did not realize they had their own rule book.  It is time 
for a level playing field.  Please do what ever it takes to make this 
board honest.
