Subject: Comment on section G File # S7-24-99 Date: 11/14/99 8:12 PM Recent regulations requiring public companies to file 10Q and 10K with the SEC were a very positive step. Shareholders are entitled to all relevant information about the company they invest in and these companies should be required to file to stay listed. As I understand it, the SEC is currently considering regulating short sales on otcbb stocks listed. This is also a good idea. There're many games played by brokerages to manipulate the prices of these small stocks. Anything that you may do to put all this above board for all to see is a step in the right direction. A level playing field for all parties involved could be achieved with positive regulation. Thank you for your time Alan Snyder
