Subject: MM's need to be regulated

Dear SEC,
     
The MM's are the last "gold robbers" to be allowed to operate freely and 
without constraints for OTCBB stocks. They steal from the average citizen 
and line their own pockets. There job is "suppose to" be to make an orderly 
market. Unfortunately until the SEC comes down hard on them they will not 
change their dishonest ways.
     
I am also forwarding this message to my State Representatives and Senators. 
MM manipulation MUST come to an end!
