As an individual investor I would like to see the Shorting Rules that 
currently cover the NASDAQ, NYSE and the AMEX be extended to the stocks 
that are traded on the OTCBB. Also, I would like to see that the Uptick 
Rule is kept in place on all exchanges so as to avoid "bear raids" and 
"pile on" attacks that would most assuredly occur if this current 
protection is removed.
