Katz, I would like to comment on short sales of OTC BB stocks. I find 
the present rules extremely unfair allowing shorting of these stocks to 
occur via off shore accounts while not allowing this practice by we who 
live in the U.S.without access to a foreign brokerage. I feel ALL should 
play by the same rules. Suspending this unfair advantage would go a long 
way to level the playing field. Thank you, G.E.Davis
