Thought you would like to know how an investor in Minnesota feels about shorting
rules.
     
  I think it is only fair and legitimate to  have the shorting Rules that
currently
  cover the Main Exchanges (the NASDAQ, NYSE, and the AMEX), extended to the
stocks and companies that trade on the OTCBB. 
     
I also would like the Uptick rule kept in place to protect us investors from the
unfair & predatory bear raids and attacks by the shorting.
