Over the last few months, I have found it an absolute abuse what the Market 
Makers can do with the stocks on the OTC:BB.  I have seen occasions where 2 -3 
times the float was traded in volume, the buys greatly outnumbering the sells, 
and yet the price either sits or declines. This process of naked shorting stocks
that DO NOT EXIST should be illegal and the MMs be held accountable as they are 
on the other boards. One of the stocks greatly affected by this manipulation is 
TVCP. Please check out the trades below:

All these trades went through at the ASK and yet the price remained the same at 
.44 cents.  Why is this allowed to happen? I've also seen stocks go up several 
dollars on only 10,000 - 70,000 volume with NO NEWS or developments.  They 
should not be allowed to trade shares that do not exist. Thank you for your
