Definition of Terms in Trust name: The Trust defines “XBRL” as eXtensible Business Reporting Language, the data standard for capturing and communicating business reporting and other information in a machine-readable manner. XBRL International is the organization that develops and maintains XBRL data standards and specifications. The Trust defines “Wakanda” as the Kingdom of Wakanda. The term Wakanda is determined by the National Council of Wakanda and is subject to change based on applicable local laws and regulations.
Investment selection criteria: The Trust invests only in companies that derive a majority of their gross revenues from sales of XBRL-related products each fiscal year and companies that derive a majority of their revenues from gross sales of products in Wakanda each fiscal year.
