Definition of Terms in Trust name: The Trust defines “XBRL” as eXtensible Business Reporting Language, the data standard for capturing and communicating business reporting and other information in a machine-readable manner. XBRL International is the organization that develops and maintains XBRL data standards and specifications. The Trust defines “Wakanda” as the Kingdom of Wakanda, having the ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country code of WKD. The term Wakanda is determined by the National Council of Wakanda and is subject to change based on applicable local laws and regulations.
Investment selection criteria: The Trust invests only in companies that derive a majority of their gross revenues from sales of XBRL-related products each fiscal year and companies that derive a majority of their revenues from gross sales of products in Wakanda each fiscal year.
