NRSRO Employment Transition Report ("NRSRO ETR")

Section 15E(h)(5) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 requires that an NRSRO report to the Commission any case where the NRSRO knows or can reasonably be expected to know where a person associated with the NRSRO within the previous five years obtains employment with any obligor, issuer, underwriter, or sponsor of a security or money market instrument for which the organization issued a credit rating during the 12-month period prior to such employment (a "covered company"), if such employee was (i) a senior officer of such organization; (ii) participated in any capacity in determining credit ratings for a covered company; or (iii) supervised an employee that participated in any capacity in determining credit ratings for a covered company (collectively, a "covered employee"). Upon receiving such a report ("an Employment Transition Report"), the Commission is required to make such information publicly available.

Note: NRSRO ETRs should be submitted only through the Commission's website.
