D. H. Blair Restitution Fund

Former customers of D. H. Blair & Co., Inc. may be eligible to participate in the $21 million restitution fund created by the New York County District Attorney's Office when the firm and four of its top managers pled guilty to felony charges in a prosecution by the New York County District Attorney's Office. (People v. D.H. Blair & Co., Inc., et al., Indictment No. 3282/2000, New York State Supreme Court Part 75).

In order to participate in the Fund, eligible customers must submit a signed, notarized claim form postmarked no later than October 15, 2003. You can learn about the litigation and how to file a claim by reading information from NASD Dispute Resolution concerning the D. H. Blair fund.
