I'm submitting this comment on behalf of the African Great Lakes Region Civil Society Coalition against the illegal exploitation of and illicit trade in minerals, COSOC-GL in acronym. The members of the coaltion decided to write a statement regarding the suspension anoucement of DFA section 1502. The Document was written in french then signed and scann into pdf format in french.
