Having grown up in Congo, I have seen the devastation that has happened to that country as a result of minerals being sold for weapons. It is critical that we stop this It is our duty as Americans, as Christians, as human beings to help these poor people who have been through so much as a result of the greed of a few. Please, please,please insist on strict rules and enforcement so that these people are not killed, raped and forced to lost everything. Thank you. Kathi Simonsen
