Greetings,
I am a concerned citizen and a user of electronic devices which use minerals that may be made using conflict minerals if this rule is not enforced/implemented. I would like you to collaborate with the various organizations which track and work toward reducing and hopefully one day eliminating human trafficking and other violence against humanity as a result of the illegal mining trade. Below are two links to two such organizations I found on the web. I would like you to provide publicly the data which supports the effectiveness/ineffectiveness of the rule you are reconsidering. Also, if the rule is indeed ineffective provide a replacement rule which would be more effective. I would like to be kept apprised of your endeavors.
