To the Security and Exchange Commission:
I am writing you to express my concern that clause 1502 of the Dodd Frank Bill is being disamantled. This piece of legislation is making it possible for organizations like mine, Congo Action Now, to introduce legislation into our State Legislaures to undermine militia's control of profits from mining. With this control comes the rape of hundred of thousands of Congolese women.
