Hi, I recently learned about the OCC's proposed rule titled "Proposed Rule Change by the Options Clearing Corporation Regarding Adjustment of Parameters in its Margin Requirements System during High Volatility." As a U.S. retail investor, I am opposed to this proposal and have various concerns. I appreciate the chance to share my comments.
