Dear SEC, As you are supposed to ensure the market transparency I dont understand your new proposal at all and Im strongly against it. I will be brief: Your proposal would not benefit the retail investors who you claim to be protecting but someone can basically just exempt certain participants from being margin called and not others if they so choose and there is no standardization across the board for everyone.
